Description
Antimony Trioxide provides working as a inorganic compound and comes with formula of Sb2O3. The chemical works as an important commercial compound of antimony and dissolves in aqueous solutions with hydrolysis, aqueous sodium hydroxide solution to give meta-antimonite NaSbO2, in concentrated mineral acids to give corresponding salts. Some of its features include application as flame retardant synergist, helps to form less flammable chars, used as pacifying agent for glasses, ceramics and enamels; used as synergist in textiles, adhesives, plastics, rubber, fiberglass & paper industry.
