Our range of welding raw materials includes following:
WADSON C100, Electrolytic Copper (ECu) is recommended for Bus Bars, connecting plates, Flexible links in the form of foils, braided wires etc.
WADSON ACX, Copper Chromium (CuCr) is recommended for spot and seam welding and current carrying shafts and arms
WADSON AZX, Copper Chromium Zirconium (CuCrZr) material isfor spot and seam welding cold and hot rolled steels and coated materials. Resistance welding tips and discs for high production rates.
WADSON 100, Beryllium Cobalt Copper (CuNiCoBe) is recommended for spot and seam welding stainless steel, Monel and nickel alloy, flash welding dies, plunger tips etc.
WADSON BX2,Beryllium Copper (CuBe2) is very hard and recommended for Flash Butt welding dies or wherever good wear resistance or high mechanical properties are desired coupled with a good electrical or thermal conductivity
WADSON 10WC, Tungsten Copper (75/25) is used as welding electrode for non ferrous items in high volume production
WADSON 30WC, Tungsten Copper (80/20) is used for electrode and die inserts where welding pressure are relatively high
WADSON W100, Tungsten (100) is very hard with low ductility. Principally used to weld nonferrous materials since it does not alloy with them.
WADSON M100, Molybdenum (100)is not as hard as tungsten, and can be machined or drilled to fit the parts to be joined. A typical application of this material, as an electrode, is the welding or brazing of braided or solid copper conductors.
