| Impregnator DX is a clear solvent based coating, unlike paint, it is a non-film forming material that will penetrate the surface and bond chemically to the substrate, resulting in permanent attachment of the water repellent molecule. It impregnates the building and protects from seepage, dampness and corrosion by reacting with the substrate and making it fully water repellent. Impgrenator DX is colorless and as a result, it will not dicolor or change the subsrate's surface appearance in anyway. By reducing the amount of water entering the subsrate, Impregnator DX reduces the intrusion of water-carrying contaminants such as salt and dirt, and consequently reduce deteriorating effects such as rebar corrosion, spalling, scaling, efflorescence, leaching and staining. |
